What makes our chalet unique is its special location. Both apartments don’t face the street but are on the mountainside.
The natural panorama that envelopes the chalet is nature-filled and paves the road to the woods.
The sun rays warm up the home and make the terrace and patio exclusive sunbathing stations.
Cambra & Giardin
Our chalet is made up of two brand new apartments. Cambra is the name of the unit on the higher floor while Giardin is our ground floor unit. Each can comfortably host 4 adult guests.
There is also the possibility to host one extra guest with the addition of an appropriate sofa bed sleeping place. In case the 5th guest is a child there is always the possibility to add a baby bed to one or both of the rooms.

About 70 m to the ski bus stop and the shop where you can buy fresh bread and dairy products.
The garage is a big plus.

Pemont Area
peaceful, equipped and connected​
Pemont is one of the newest quality area’s of Livigno. Its uniqueness and value stand in the natural strategic location, right at the beginning of the main cycling & walking path that runs parallel to the town’s center. It is also the starting point of some of the most characteristic summer hikes, such as Alpisella and Laghi di Cancano.
The area has great local breakfast and dining choices. It is constantly reached by the local bus services, just a few stops away from the slopes.

We spent a wonderful holiday in Tilio apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment is completely new, luxurious and equipped with everything. The owners are very pleasant with a sense of detail. On the ski slopes - 3 minutes by car or you can use the ski bus stop 50 m from the apartment. The location next to the local dairy for both morning and afternoon use before and after skiing is also excellent.
I warmly recommend.
